As far as we know, space is a cruel and merciless place to live. Planet Earth is great! Come live with us. This is a perfect planet with it's oceans, forests, mountains and even our moon is awesome! If you hear this, you are not alone. I look at the stars, and wonder if we will ever contact another intelligence. I question if you do the same. We worry about prolonging life and we question what our existence means. Are we a fortunate accident? Can the universe be so vast yet so empty? We have barely scratched the universe's surface.
