Hello.

I my opinion if we discover intelligent life beyond Earth, we should reply beacuse a cooperation between Mankind and them could be very positive (if they want this cooperation).

What should we say ?

First, we should to say that we truly want and need a peace between Earth and their world.

I my opinion missions like LCROSS are bad ideas because if some kind od extraterrastrial intelligence is watching us, LCROSS (and similar missions) could be recognized as space military tests.

Were are working on new methods to communicate. Your continued patience with us is appreciated. We are still young and at many times foolish, however should there be anything that we can do to assist you we have reached a level of maturity as one people in our solar system who agree that we must help when asked. We are all mortal and in the spirit of life will assist when it is possible for us to do so as one people.
