We are a somewhat friendly people sometimes. I would like to take a ride in your spaceship around the galaxy and maybe the Universe some day.

We are not even a Type 1 civilization yet and so in order to receive your messages properly you will have to put them in simple radio wave form (at EM or light speed) for us to understand and interpret them from you.

I flipped the UJ as I looked at signal thinking it was backwards..By playing with all the combinations this was the only lat and long that occurred on land in the deserts of Kuwait that I found..of course others may find something else..just putting it out there.
